The processing of your personal data by GlobalHowTo is carried out in accordance with the principles of accountability, lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation and storage limitation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, in compliance with the legislative provisions of the Applicable Regulations and the confidentiality obligations provided therein.

"Site"), processes your personal data acquired during the execution

The data controller determines the purposes and means of processing

purposes (point a) is the provision of a contracted service itself

legitimate interest also in exercising and/or defending its rights

DATA RETENTION
GlobalHowTo will process your personal data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the detailed purposes indicated in point 3 for a limited period of time that varies depending on the type of activity involving the processing of personal data. After this period has expired, your data will be permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
Data collected to conclude and execute contracts will be kept
for ten years from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Billing-related data will be kept for ten years from the billing
date.
Your data as a registered User, entered at the time of registration
on the site, will be kept until you request deletion of your
profile.
Data communicated by you to GlobalHowTo using forms will be kept
until you request their deletion.
Any attachments and data contained therein will be kept for 12
months from receipt;

interruption of the activity and/or unsubscribe from the service or
until you ask us to stop sending.
